Dr Denise Timothee

Veterinary Surgeon

Denise was born in Florence and her love for animals started very early in life and intensified after she read all of James Herriot's books.

She spent one year at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of LSMU of Kaunas before graduating from the University of Teramo in Italy.

She worked in Italy for a while and then moved to scenic Scotland where she worked with small animals in a busy clinic.

Finally, she decided to move to London to join the Animal Ark team.

Her main interests are Soft tissue surgery and Animal behaviour.

She lives with her Labrador Bonnie and two terribly spoiled chincillas Bernie and Ginevra.

In her spare time she enjoys travelling and exploring the city

Denise è nata a Firenze e il suo amore per gli animali è iniziato molto presto e si è intensificato dopo aver letto tutti i libri di James Herriot.

Prima di laurearsi all'Università di Teramo, ha trascorso un anno all'Università di Medicina Veterinaria LSMU a Kaunas.

Ha lavorato in Italia per qualche tempo, dopodiché si è trasferita nella scenografica Scozia, dove ha lavorato in una movimentata clinica per animali da compagnia.

Alla fine ha deciso di spostarsi a Londra e unirsi al team di Animal Ark.

I suoi campi di interesse sono la Chirurgia dei tessuti molli e la Medicina Comportamentale

Vive con la sua Labrador Bonnie e due cincillà terribilmente viziati, Bernie e Ginevra.

Nel tempo libero ama viaggiare ed esplorare la città
