Client Care Lead

I joined Animal Ark in the latter months of 2021 as my introductory placement in to the Veterinary World – an environment which it has been a keen ambition of mine to experience, due to my unparralleled love and passion for animals and their welfare.

Since joining Animal Ark, I have developed a plethora of skills which has enabled me to amplify my ambitious nature to obtain the role of Client Care Lead – a role which helps to diminish the gap between client and management to ensure the highest standards of care are provided.

I share my household with my beloved feline friend, Lulu, who has been my best friend since I was 10 – over 10 whole years! I sadly lost my two guinea pigs in the earlier part of this year and am still yet to fill the guinea pig shaped hole in my heart.

Outside of Animal Ark, I am a keen musician and have been for almost 13 years. I love socialising with friends, spending time with my family and travelling – I am already planning several trips for next year including several solo adventures.
