Is your pet overweight?
Almost half of all UK dogs and cats are estimated to be overweight or obese. Like us humans, pets find it hard to diet. And, when pets are dieting, there are plenty of reasons for us owners to have lapses in ‘being good’ – perceived begging by the pet, multi-pet households and outdoor access to name a few.
All the usual things you can do to keep weight down should help – good exercise, stopping feeding scraps – but sometimes it they don’t seem to have an effect.
We have seen good results in pets that eat Metabolic. And we currently have a special offer: Hills Metabolic range is 3 for the price of 2 until 28 February 2017.
Metabolic takes the hassle out of weight management and increases the chances of weight loss for cats and dogs. In ‘real life’ trials, a stunning 88% of pets on Metabolic food lost weight, even when their normal feeding patterns were not altered.
Because Metabolic adapts to each individual pet’s unique energy expenditure, it is suitable for long term feeding of any healthy adult dog or cat and so is perfect for maintaining a pet’s new, trim shape, even in multi-pet households. Pets feel fuller for longer and can achieve weight loss and on-going weight management success, even when their food is not precisely weighed out.
