I travel from West London to Animal Ark. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Lyndon is the best vet EVER and the whole team and communication lines work seamlessly. I have never known a vet practice to do so much for charity either.

Boxing Day some years ago our beautiful dog Poppy decided to go swimming in a local canal alongside some swans & a family of ducks! She ended up with a very bad ear infection and despite pleading with a number of vets for treatment on the day, we were told that they were open for emergencies only! I decided to go through the phone book & go with the first vet that would see her,- which happened to be the Animal Ark. They gave her immediate attention, love, medication & painkillers, and within days she was 100%. Since then we have always used Animal Ark. They are professional, caring, clearly adore the animals and always keep us informed of their procedures, leave us to make decisions and follow up their excellent treatments with phone calls to make sure of our pets’ progress. They have state of the art equipment and they also support animal charities. We have since adopted a little stray from Thailand called Daniel and he is encouraged to come with Poppy, even if no treatment is needed, to dispel any fears. Poppy cannot wait to get into the Practice and pulls us across the road desperate to get in to see her wonderful ‘Uncle Lyndon’!! We think Animal Ark is the very best Veterinary Practice, we carry their cards to give to our doggy friends’ owners in the park if they need a good vet. Definitely a candidate for Practice of the Year and Lyndon as Vet of the Year. We would not use any other vets and cannot praise them highly enough, they are brilliant!

Animal Ark are the best and deserve to win every award! We have been seeing Emma for several years and wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Actually the previous comment has worried me about what we will do if we ever move!!
The whole practice is so professional – from reception staff, to accounts to the vets themselves – we always get a warm, friendly welcome. When our dog was ill recently they called us to check on his progress.
They consult with us rather than railroading us into decisions like some other vets and have never tried to hard sell products.
They even have puppy parties and Christmas parties! What other vets does that?!
Good luck with the awards Animal Ark and thank you for continuing to provide a fantastic service!

When we moved from Ilford in 2004 to Laindon even though I have a vets 5 minutes walk from my home, but there is no way I would change Lydon, he has been so caring and understanding with all my animals past and present he deserves being Vet of the Year, and I recommend him when I am asked do I know a good vet.
