To register as a new client, or for existing clients to add new animals, please fill in our online registration form. Your information will be placed onto our computer system. Once the form is submitted to us, you may telephone for an appointment. For AOL users: (or if you encounter problems with the above form) please download our client registration form. (The form is in .doc format, you will require MS Word, MS Works or similar to view).
